Welcome to Galway Uke Fest, a celebration of all things ukulele in the heart of Galway. Over 4 days in June, the city comes alive with music, workshops, and good vibes, offering something for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned player, a total beginner, or just love great live music.

We’ll be back under the Big Top from Thursday 18 June to Sunday 21 June 2026, and we can’t wait to welcome familiar faces and new ones alike.

This year, things centre around our Festival Hub and Bar in Fr. Burke Park, bringing the music and atmosphere together in one space. From our evening shows to everything happening across the weekend, the park is where it all comes to life.

Our bar tent is bigger for 2026 and will host its own free programme of events across the weekend, with full details coming soon. We’ll also have a market on site along with more vendors, adding even more to explore throughout the festival.

We’ll be announcing workshop tickets soon, along with our full Festival Bar programme.

Galway Uke Fest does not provide accommodation or accommodation tickets. However, for those of you coming with campers/campervans the closest site is O'Hallorans Caravan Park in Salthill.

Present your ticket or give us the name & email you used when booking and pick up your festival wristband from our Box Office located at the Festival Hub, Fr Burke Park from Thursday 5pm onwards. Your wristband grants you entry to all concerts at the Festival Tent. When picking up your wristband you can sign up for your 2 preferred workshops. *first come first serve basis and ID may be required
Simply turn up and present your QR code or give us the name used at purchase *may be required to present ID.
